Overview

The Lead Building Operator at JLL will oversee operations across two premier commercial properties in Ottawa, ensuring peak operational performance and guiding a specialized maintenance team while serving as a link between property management and tenants.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in building repairs/operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and French preferred.
