• Assist in preparing cost estimates for infrastructure maintenance projects

Requirements

• In progress or hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Familiarity with infrastructure maintenance contracts and procurement methods (preferred)
• Experience with cost estimating software (preferred)
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices (preferred)
