Overview

The Global CMMS Administrator at JLL will manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure efficient work order processing, administrative support, and environmental monitoring across global facilities.

In Short

  • Process and route incoming work orders across global facilities.
  • Analyze work requirements for technician assignments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive CMMS database.
  • Develop preventative maintenance programming and schedules.
  • Coordinate service personnel assignments and vendor engagements.
  • Monitor global environmental systems for critical infrastructure.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service concerns.
  • Participate in process improvement activities.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Generate reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience with CMMS or facilities management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in data reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of environmental monitoring systems.
