General Maintenance Officer (Electrical) - Remote

Overview

JLL is seeking a proactive General Maintenance Officer focused on electrical systems to join our maintenance team. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on low voltage electrical systems, supporting general building maintenance activities, and ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low voltage electrical systems.
• Conduct technical inspections, tests, and measurements.
• Support general building maintenance including plumbing, civil work, and minor repairs.
• Identify faults and propose quick and safe solutions.
• Complete service orders and report activities executed.
• Work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Possess a high school diploma and a technical course in electrical or electrotechnics.
• Have proven experience in building electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation is a plus.
• Experience in corporate or hospital environments is advantageous.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Technical course in electrical or electrotechnics (NR-10 and NR-35 updated preferred).
• Proven experience in electrical building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge in other maintenance areas.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
