Fire Services Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Fire Services Specialist at JLL, you will be responsible for ensuring fire safety and emergency response readiness at various sites, conducting training, and managing equipment related to fire services.

In Short

• Perform equipment set-up at fire scenes.
• Dispatch and accompany the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Prepare and execute fire and life safety evacuation drills.
• Complete firefighting and salvage operations.
• Determine if individuals are trapped and execute rescue actions.
• Conduct periodic lift evacuation and rescue drills.
• Secure structures to prevent rekindling.
• Maintain inventory of equipment post-suppression.
• Liaison with government authorities for NOC renewals.
• Keep records updated related to fire equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in fire safety and emergency response.
• Knowledge of firefighting techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication skills for training and reporting.
