Facility Executive - Technical - Remote

Overview

The Facility Executive - Technical role involves supporting the management of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations, and Civil maintenance within the facility, ensuring quality work practices and effective management of maintenance operations.

In Short

• Support management of MEP installations and civil maintenance.
• Prepare critical spares list and manage inventory.
• Implement pre-emptive maintenance programs.
• Review maintenance/service practices of contractors.
• Maintain logbooks and PPM schedules for installations.
• Manage downtime and breakdowns effectively.
• Arrange ad-hoc M&E setups per client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with house rules and project handling.
• Generate service maintenance and breakdown reports.
• Independently handle shifts related to engineering matters.

Requirements

• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing fields.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams.
• Proficient in generating reports and maintaining documentation.
