Overview

The Facility Condition Assessor will play a pivotal role in transforming Government Client maintenance operations into strategic, efficient, and effective functions, ensuring high compliance with maintenance protocols and enhancing facility condition scores.

In Short

• Conduct quarterly facility condition assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Government Client maintenance policies.
• Report operational issues to Facilities HQ.
• Develop maintenance action plans.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple facilities within a geographic area.
• Generate monthly reports on maintenance issues.
• Adhere to General Services Administration policies.
• Required travel of 60% to 70% to client sites.

Requirements

• 10 years of maintenance experience.
• 5-10 years in building/equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing issues and recommending solutions.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage across organizations.
• Desired Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
