Inspector - Property Condition Assessment (PCA) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PCA Property Condition Assessment Inspector to join our Environmental Consulting (EC) Department. This role is part time/1099 that involves conducting thorough Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to evaluate the physical condition of properties.

In Short

• Conduct PCA inspections as part of teams and independently.
• Consult with other EC field Inspectors performing PCAs.
• Ensure timely completion of high-quality PCA reports.
• Identify and evaluate proactive opportunities in addition to reactive condition assessments.
• Work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of performing various types of PCA inspections.
• Ability to organize information to run an inspection program.
• Strong report writing and client communications skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physical fitness to perform duties in all types of environments and conditions.
