Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Technical qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in hard services contract delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to create documentation and standard operating procedures.
• High level of IT literacy.
• Experience in managing engineering environments.
