Overview

The Director of Operational Technology and Cyber Security at JLL will lead the implementation of smart and sustainable facility solutions, ensuring alignment with global strategies while managing operational technology and cyber security initiatives.

In Short

• Implement intelligent workspace solutions within the MENAT region.
• Design and operate Building Management Systems, Electrical Power Monitoring Systems, and SCADA systems.
• Serve as the point of contact for operational technology programs.
• Execute global Smart Building strategies regionally.
• Monitor regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Coordinate regional meetings and provide progress reports.
• Manage incident response and remediation activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and monitor emerging threats.
• Implement operational technology standards and cybersecurity compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in operational technology and cyber security.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems and SCADA.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with performance analytics and benchmarking.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the real estate or facility management sector is a plus.
• Technical expertise in IoT devices and networks.
