Requirements

• Experience in computer engineering and cabling.
• Knowledge of rack mount kit installation including HP, DELL, and CISCO.
• Ability to swap failed customer replaceable parts.
• Motivated with a positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to act quickly under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to improve operational processes.
