Commissioning Lead - Remote

Overview

JLL is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager, Commissioning to provide reliable, timely and efficient support to our Commissioning & Building Analytics team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse group of stakeholders and be responsible for various commissioning processes.

In Short

• Lead commissioning projects from start to finish.
• Monitor and review commissioning processes and deliverables.
• Conduct field-based commissioning activities and site visits.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Utilize calibrated testing equipment for commissioning tasks.
• Document project activities and maintain an Issues Log.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites across the USA.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Support the team in meeting demanding workloads.

Requirements

• A recognized university technical degree, preferably in engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong data management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or PMP designation is a plus.
• Certifications like CEM, CBCP, CPMP, or LEED AP are considered assets.
• Ability to analyze and report on mechanical testing results.
• Willingness to travel internationally if needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
