The Commercial Operating Engineer will manage and maintain the building systems of a cutting-edge facility in Orlando, FL, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

• Be the sole on-site engineer for a commercial facility.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automation systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CFC or EPA Universal license is necessary.
• 3+ years of commercial engineering experience.
• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BAS.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Exceptional professionalism and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
