Chief Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Chief Engineer will direct the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety, and other critical systems while leading a team to ensure compliance with safety standards and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in facilities engineering management.
• Professional certifications such as FMA, CEM, PE, or CFM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Experience with energy management practices.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to access various facility areas.
