Chief Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Chief Engineer will manage the Union engineering team’s performance and operational asset management to enhance client property value and user satisfaction.

• Manage operational aspects of engineering and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain HVAC systems at optimal levels.

Requirements

• Licensed Electrician or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
