Overview

The Building Engineer role at JLL involves supporting the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in a premier office property.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience in maintenance and repair.
• Trade school education or equivalent experience preferred.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in various conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
