Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in mechanical, electrical, or operational engineering.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in facility management.
• 33KV Chargeman Certificate required.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in electrical and mechanical services.
• Excellent people skills and client interaction abilities.
• Experience in critical environment operations.
• Knowledge of M&E and building-related systems.
• Ability to lead major activities during non-office hours.
