Overview

The Portfolio Valuation Coordination role within the Value & Risk Advisory Center of Excellence (CoE) is crucial for orchestrating and delivering seamless service on cross-border mandates. This position serves as the central point of contact and coordination for valuation and risk advisory projects that span multiple geographies, ensuring consistent quality, efficient execution, and strong client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage and coordinate cross-border valuation and risk advisory mandates from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams on assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional valuation teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenses.
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or real estate valuation/advisory services.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-border projects.
  • Strong understanding of real estate valuation principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
