Overview

JLL is looking for an Associate to join the Retail Value & Risk advisory team, focusing on property valuations of retail assets and supporting various advisory services.

In Short

• Conduct property valuations of retail assets.

Requirements

• MRICS qualification (or working towards) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in commercial property valuation.
• Strong understanding of valuation principles.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of valuation software is a plus.
