Overview

JLL is seeking a dedicated Assistant Facility Manager specializing in Technical Services to support the delivery of technical facility management services, ensuring optimal building performance while emphasizing innovation and sustainability.

In Short

Support daily management of technical services for building systems.
Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor energy usage and implement efficiency measures.
Conduct regular system inspections to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist with technical operations budget planning and cost control.
Help manage technical staff and contractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support implementation of smart building technologies.
Prepare technical reports and provide system improvement recommendations.
Facilitate communication between clients, service providers, and internal teams.

Requirements

BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
6-8 years of experience in technical facility management or building operations.
Strong knowledge of building systems including MEP, HVAC, and building automation.
Experience with CAFM software and building management systems (BMS).
Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
