Requirements

  • University Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lease administration or a related field.
  • PMP/MBA degree is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with property management/lease administration systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
