Overview

The Administrative Assistant will support the on-site team with various administrative tasks, manage vendor invoices, and handle tenant inquiries, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

  • Support on-site team with administrative works.
  • Assist in consolidation and reporting of FM spend.
  • Manage and maintain records of site information.
  • Verify invoices for completed works and received goods.
  • Handle tenant and public inquiries through various channels.
  • Collate utilities data for tenant billing reports.
  • Issue Purchase Orders to vendors.
  • Ensure prompt submission of vendor invoices.
  • Assist with reception and booking duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and provide customer service.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
