Overview

The A4 Chargeman role at JLL involves leading a team of technicians to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of building services and equipment, while adhering to safety and legal standards.

• Lead and manage a team of technicians.

Requirements

• A4 Chargeman Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work shifts and on public holidays/weekends.
