Overview

The Controller will manage the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance by analyzing key metrics, implementing strong internal controls, and supporting cross-departmental strategic initiatives.

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare and present month-end financial reporting packages for management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in financial management, preferably in eCommerce.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting.
• Ability to present financial results to senior management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in developing internal controls.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Familiarity with financial systems and eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
