Financial Analyst, FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst will play a key role within the FP&A team, supporting the organization with high‑quality reporting, financial analysis, and insights that drive decision‑making.

In Short

• Prepare, automate, and distribute recurring financial reports and dashboards.
• Provide analytical and reporting support to various business units and functions.
• Analyze historical and current trends in key performance indicators.
• Investigate variances and develop insights for leadership.
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Create presentations for senior leadership summarizing financial results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analysis.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.

• Ability to apply critical thinking to solve business problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems (Oracle) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred.
