Overview

Jeenka and Sensory Design are two dynamic digital companies currently undergoing a strategic relaunch following an internal reorganization. We are seeking an experienced CFO Consultant to support us in establishing solid financial foundations and defining a medium-term economic strategy.

In Short

• Part-time commitment of 10–15 hours per week with flexible hours
• Focus on cash flow management and operational financial control
• Work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders
• Guide the company through growth phases and fundraising efforts
• Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Enhance management control systems and KPIs
• Support fundraising activities including equity, debt, and grants
• Coordinate business plans and investor reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal teams and external accountants

Requirements

• Prior experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Advisor
• Experience in complex corporate environments, startups, or dynamic SMEs
• Hands-on, results-oriented approach
• Strong understanding of financial management and control
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
