Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Remote

We are a fast-growing, Ireland and UK-based eCommerce agency, specialising in delivering complex B2B and B2C digital commerce solutions for leading brands across multiple sectors. In addition to our established agency services, we’ve recently developed a proprietary cloud-based B2B eCommerce platform, designed to help mid-market and enterprise businesses efficiently manage and scale their online operations.

As we embark on the next phase of our growth — scaling both our services and SaaS offering — we are seeking an experienced, commercially astute, and strategically minded Fractional CFO to join us. This is a pivotal leadership role at a critical and exciting stage of our journey.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end investment readiness process for our SaaS platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and funding partners.
• Develop financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide financial insights for strategic business decisions.
• Oversee financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Track project profitability and client margins.
• Ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage revenue recognition for contracts.
• Support the implementation of financial systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
• Experience with investment fundraising and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams.
• Experience in eCommerce or SaaS environments is a plus.
