IT Allrounder / Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT Allrounder / Administrator to strengthen our IT team, responsible for 1st and 2nd level support in Köln.

In Short

• On-site support in Köln for PCs, networks, and software issues.
• Manage user accounts in systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Support the PIM system (Perfion) and create automation scripts.
• Assist with software and hardware rollouts and updates.
• Participate in IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Provide remote support for another location in Pfullendorf.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team and external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in IT support, preferably in a service desk role.
• Knowledge of Windows client administration, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with PIM systems, ideally Perfion.
• Analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of data structures and processes.
• Hands-on mentality and team spirit.
• Willingness to travel to Southern Germany during the onboarding period.
