Senior Defense Litigation Attorney - Remote

Overview

A leading international law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Defense Litigation Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals. This associate attorney will support the rapid and continued growth of the firm's defense litigation practice (Hybrid to Start).

In Short

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Represent clients in a wide range of general liability claims.
• Supervise a team of Associate Attorneys and Staff.
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice in California.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with general liability, products liability, business disputes and commercial litigation preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
• Trial experience a plus.
• Vaccination not mandated but encouraged.
