Overview

As the Director of Sales at Jasper, you will lead the development of an Enterprise and Named team, scaling and supporting them to drive market growth. In collaboration with other leaders, you will shape and expand Jasper's product and business strategies, setting a clear vision for the organization.

In Short

  • Motivate & inspire an Enterprise Sales team to exceed sales targets
  • Collaboratively contribute to sales management & strategies across all segments
  • Optimize and improve sales motions in the Enterprise space
  • Contribute to Jasper’s product roadmap for B2B customers
  • Create and enhance outbound activities to drive pipeline growth
  • Prioritize new and existing leads flow
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Reinforce consistent usage of sales productivity tools
  • Foster a customer-centric, consultative approach
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in MarTech
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of sales professionals
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to coach and develop sales staff
  • Experience managing direct and indirect employees
