In Short

  • Own paid media strategy and execution
  • Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Continuously optimize audiences, bidding, messaging, and landing pages
  • Deliver efficient ROAS, CAC and strong LTV across all campaigns
  • Assist with landing page testing and CRO
  • Build, test, and improve landing pages using AI and no-code tools
  • Run A/B tests focused on conversion rate, average order value, and customer payback
  • Improve customer segmentation and targeting
  • Work with analytics and lifecycle teams to define high-value segments
  • Collaborate across the growth team

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing
  • Knowledge of paid media channels
  • Ability to use AI tools for marketing
