UI Designer (All Genders) - Remote

Overview

You are a UI Designer (all genders) with a strong sense of digital aesthetics? In our cross-functional team, you will develop creative solutions that excite users. In this position, you will contribute to optimizing our customer products in the tourism sector and shape the visual experience.

In Short

• Work on the creative design of digital products for various platforms: Web and Mobile App
• Design exceptional interface concepts for our clients and proactively develop them
• Define design patterns, UI design guidelines, and style guides or a complete design system
• Always consider user experience in your work and incorporate your initial ideas
• Support the execution and evaluation of usability tests
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with UX design, front-end/back-end development, and project management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in UI design, preferably in an agency or product company
• Your portfolio showcases impressive digital products and user-centered interface concepts
• Attention to precise details without losing sight of the big picture and consistency
• Figma, including common plugins, is part of your toolkit, as well as working with a design system
• Familiarity with design sprints and design thinking
• Fluent in German and good English, communicating clearly and persuasively, both in the team and with clients
