Costco Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is looking for an experienced Costco Program Manager to oversee and manage our relationship with Costco, enhancing our partnership through strategic program development and implementation.

In Short

• Oversee the Costco escalations process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Costco’s Leadership teams.
• Develop and implement monthly reporting structure on key program metrics.
• Provide training on Costco program guidelines to team members.
• Manage back-office functions for the Costco program.
• Identify and address potential risks related to program implementation.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate program success.
• Foster strong relationships with Costco executives.
• Manage a small team of Costco Coordinators.
• Role will be primarily remote but may require travel up to 25%.

Requirements
