• Review demand packages to insurance companies
• Sort through medical records and insurance correspondence
• Summarize case facts and create persuasive arguments
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the process
• Provide updates on case status using CRM software
• At least 2 years of experience required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication skills needed
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Demand Writer in a Plaintiff's PI Firm
• Experience with medical reports
• Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year university
• Very well organized
• Good follow-up and follow through
• Strong communication skills
• Spanish speaking is a plus!
