Overview

On-Demand Mentors provide urgent project and technical support to students to advance their learning.

In Short

• Students can schedule one-off 30-minute mentor video calls.
• Students can choose an available time slot for the call.
• Calls can be booked with at least 24 hours of notice.
• ODMC mentors have the flexibility to decide their availability.
• Suggestion for availability of at least 5 hours on average per week.
• High degree of familiarity with the entire course curriculum is expected.
• Empathy for students who are struggling is important.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Feedback on the coach dashboard after each call is necessary.
• Compensation is per call.
