Senior Project Control Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Control Specialist will work directly with the Project Performance Group Director, Division Leaders and Project Managers in support of the project’s financial goals and objectives.

In Short

• Work with project teams on financial goals.
• Participate in discussions on project financials.
• Prepare project cost and revenue updates.
• Analyze contract terms and cost trends.
• Assist project managers with project setup.
• Monitor project financial performance.
• Identify projects at risk of budget overages.
• Assist in the monthly reporting process.
• Maintain organized project files.
• Support department objectives with related tasks.

Requirements

• High School Degree required; relevant degree preferred.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience required.
• Advanced systems skills in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of VantagePoint or CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
• Risk identification skills are a plus.
