Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in automation equipment development.
• Complex understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of metal welding techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Subject Matter Expert in engineering theories and design principles.
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Systems is a plus.
• Ability to incorporate Lean Six Sigma tools into projects.
• Strong project management skills.
