Overview

Maytronics is seeking an Automation Engineering Leader to oversee automation and robotics projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing and assembly processes.

In Short

Lead automation and robotics-based projects for manufacturing.
Design mechanical assemblies and automated systems.
Establish and adapt automated production lines.
Plan and lead projects from definition to implementation.
Resolve complex issues in control systems.
Provide technical support for electro-mechanical equipment.
Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors.
Manage Automation Engineers.
Lead engineering processes like VSM and PFMEA.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in automation processes.
Experience in managing strategic projects.
Experience with production systems and subcontractors is an advantage.
Proficiency in ERP, PLM, PDM, ALTIUM, SolidWorks.
Teamwork and interface skills in production and development.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
