Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5 years of experience in public or private construction.

• Cost estimating experience required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing subcontractors is a plus.
• Preferred certifications: PSP, EIT, PMP.
