The Senior Construction Consultant will investigate construction-related issues and provide support and recommendations across various construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in public or private construction.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with P6 and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Experience in scheduling and cost estimating is a plus.
• Understanding of delay and disruption claims is a plus.
