Requirements

• 3+ years in the restoration industry.
• Experience with insurance companies and project management.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Strong communication skills for report writing.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong independent work ethic.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to conduct inspections and travel as needed.
