Overview

The Business Development Analyst will support identifying, researching, analyzing, and leading opportunities through the Business Development lifecycle, focusing on government contracting.

• Support identifying and leading opportunities in Business Development.
• Monitor and analyze databases for government market details.
• Coordinate with Government Contracting Offices for upcoming opportunities.
• Draft capabilities assessments and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Assist in competitive assessments and opportunity tracking.
• Communicate with clients and competitors for market insights.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
• Upload opportunities into the CRM.
• Assist Capture Managers in developing call lists and schedules.
• Support the development of capture plans and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Previous experience in Government contracting Business Development.
• Experience with industry trends and competitive environment.
• Proficiency in research platforms like SAM.Gov and GovWin.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience conducting research.
• Eligibility for DoD security clearance.
