Peachy Clean is a growing cleaning company based in Houston, Texas, providing services to homeowners, renters, real estate agents, and other professionals. We are currently expanding our outreach team and looking for highly motivated, fluent-English Sales Associates in Jamaica to help us grow our client base and partnerships.

In Short

• This is a commission-based, remote position.
• Flexible hours and performance-based pay.
• Make outbound calls to real estate agents and other leads.
• Promote cleaning services and partnership perks.
• Record interactions using Google Sheets or CRM.
• Aim to secure booked cleanings and partner sign-ups.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully.
• Must reside in Jamaica and be fluent in English.
• Sales or customer service experience is required.
• Work is part-time for now, but can grow with the business.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Jamaica.
• Must be fluent in English — clear, confident phone speaking is essential.
• Must have a phone or computer with reliable internet.
• Comfortable making cold calls and following up.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Sales or customer service experience is required.

Benefits

• $10 per booked cleaning (no base salary or hourly rate).
• Bonuses may be available based on performance.
• Paid biweekly.
