In Short

• Develop smart applications using Low Code / No Code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, or Mendix.
• Advise our clients on the digitization and automation of their processes – from requirements gathering to the finished solution.
• Identify optimization potential in workflows and develop tailored applications.
• Design integrations with third-party systems – even without classical programming.
• Conduct workshops to collaboratively develop requirements with clients and create initial prototypes.

Requirements

• Experience with Low Code / No Code platforms: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), OutSystems, Mendix, Appgyver, Betty Blocks.
• Familiarity with automation tools & workflows: Power Automate, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Nintex.
• Knowledge of databases: Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Airtable.
• Understanding of interfaces: REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, connectors in Power Platform and Zapier.
• Proficiency with complementary tools: Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI.
• Technology enthusiasm: You are curious and enjoy trying out new tools.
• Analytical thinking: You enjoy understanding and optimizing processes.
• Strong communication skills: You know that good ideas need to be shared and feel comfortable working in a team.
• Willingness to learn: You are ready to develop yourself in a rapidly changing IT world.
• Willingness to travel: You are open to assignments with our clients and see it as an opportunity to broaden your horizons.
• Language skills: You are fluent in German at least at C1 level. English skills are a definite plus.
