Overview

We are looking for a Technical Communications Strategist with a SW and Licensing product management background to collaborate directly with the Chief of Staff and Strategy & Planning Director. This role focuses on synthesizing and enriching technical accomplishments, AI exploration efforts, and engineering productivity highlights for executive-level audiences, without requiring live interactions with development teams.

In Short

• Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to analyze and refine materials provided by engineering teams into impactful, c-level narratives.
• Enhance existing updates by adding technical context, strategic framing, and measurable business impact.
• Create succinct and visually compelling executive communication materials.
• Maintain an external perspective to ensure all content reflects industry-leading innovation.
• Develop frameworks and templates to streamline the process of transforming technical updates into executive-ready deliverables.

Requirements

• Technical Product Management or Engineering Experience.
• Executive Communication Experience.
• Technical Writing or Communications.
• Project Management and Organizational Strategy.
• AI/ML or Related Technical Knowledge (Preferred).
