• Seeking a Compliance & Verification Administrator for a U.S.-based healthcare client.
• Role requires strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
• Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying client and provider documentation.
• Must be comfortable with routine tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Working hours are EST from Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm.
• Requires a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Reliable power backup solution is mandatory.
• Fully remote working role.
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation accuracy.
• Communicate with therapists to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Proactive and organized approach.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks.
• Experience in healthcare compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data for anomalies.
• Familiarity with documentation processes.
• Experience with HCSIS system is beneficial.
• Ability to work on both South African and US public holidays.
• Must have a wired Ethernet connection.
