Remote Accountant for USA-based Healthcare Client

Overview

This remote role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can handle the accounting function in alignment with US GAAP and healthcare industry regulations.

In Short

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards (GAAP)
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
• Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and financial audits
• Collaborate with the US-based finance team to optimize financial processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare finance regulations and company policies
• Work remotely for South African Citizens only
• Must work USA hours, Mon - Fri, from 9am to 6pm EST
• Internet requirements include a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
• Reliable power backup solution is required
