Service Delivery Director (East Coast) - Remote

Overview

This role operates remotely within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. 2-3 times a month onsite client visits and travel are required for this position. iSoftStone is looking for a technology leader to support several major international accounts engagements as well as the service delivery.

In Short

• Manage 2-4 iSoftStone’s accounts (~$10MM+ iSoftStone’s revenue).
• Maintain excellent client relationship and high satisfaction ratings.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of retail technology projects.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with retail stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Drive the implementation of retail systems, including Online, POS, Omni-channels, ERP, OMS and WMS.
• Demonstrate strong AI knowledge for CPG industry.
• Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Hybris solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hybris E-commerce Expertise.
• SAP ERP Experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• In-depth understanding of retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Leadership experience in coaching and developing teams.
