Isla Marketing is a fast-growing performance marketing company specializing in high-intent lead generation through social media advertising. We create and scale high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram, and we need a detail-oriented, results-driven Ad Creative Manager to take ownership of our paid social ad production and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in ad creative production for Facebook/Instagram paid social
• Strong understanding of direct response advertising and ad psychology
• Proven ability to manage a creative team and deliver high-performing content at scale
• Hands-on experience producing, optimizing, and iterating paid social ad creatives
• Comfortable interpreting performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Ability to take initiative and adapt based on results
• Experience with UGC-style ads and AI-enhanced video production is a plus
