• Lead and evolve the Global Implementation Partner strategy and programs.
• Build strong relationships with global systems integrators and consulting firms.
• Ensure partner-led implementations are successful and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Manage complex team dynamics and turn ambiguity into clear strategies.
• Standardize processes for partner enablement and onboarding.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Operations.
• 3+ years in Professional Services or Partner leadership roles.
• Experience with Implementation Services and Managed Services.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills for business and technical discussions.
• Proven leadership ability to develop and empower teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
